All of the properties are fully furnished and our rental prices are inclusive of all electricity/gas/water useage for the duration of your stay. The properties are all situated to the north of Perth's CBD in a variety of respected suburbs and are conveniently situated for public transport , within close proximity to some of Perth's most beautiful beaches and tourist attractions. 

All property bookings require a deposit of $750. This deposit secures the accommodation for your arrival and is non refundable in the case of cancellation , non arrival or changes to reserved dates that we cannot accommodate. When you arrive the deposit transfers to become a damage bond for the property for the duration of your stay. The deposit is refundable when you vacate subject to return of the property in an acceptable condition. Deposits can be paid in to UK or Australian bank accounts or by Visa / Mastercard.
